Dr Maame Dufie is a founding member of GAMC. A Medical Doctor of over 19yrs, she is passionate about the practice of Medicine. She is the Medical Doctor under whose vision, Golden Age has branched out to mental health care. With empathy, an affable smile and personality, she is sure to welcome you and your loved ones into the open embrace of GAMC and ensure the best mental health outcome for those in need of such services.

SAMUEL ODONKOR

Psychiatrist

Col Dr (Med) Samuel Odonkor is a medical Doctor with over 30 years experience with over 15 of these years practicing as a Psychiatrist, primarily affiliated with 37 Military Hospital. He’s a champion of Community Mental Health advocacy having served as a resource person for Basic Needs, an international mental health NGO and a regular volunteer at various community mental health outreach programs in deprived areas of the GAR such as Kaneshie Polyclinic, Maammobi , Mamprobi and Ga North Municipal Hospital and LEKMA as well as several deprived districts in the Northern regions of Ghana He is also trained soldier, having risen through the ranks to achieve the highly esteemed rank of Colonel, due to his dedication, discipline and professionalism. His hearty laughter is sure to put both patients and their caregivers at ease when going through some of the most stressful times in their healthcare journey.

AFRIYIE KYEI

Pharmacist

Awo Akua Afriyie Kyei is a pharmacist with over 19 years of practice in both the public sector and private sector. She has extensive experience in clinical pharmaceutical care practice and community pharmacy practice. She began her career as a research assistant in Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital before moving into private practice. She was instrumental in setting up the Pharmacy Department of Golden Age Medical Centre and is the current Head of the Pharmacy Department and also serves as a member of the Management committee of the hospital.

OBENG-NSIAH

Addiction Professional

Mr Yaw Obeng Nsiah is an International Certified Addiction Professional whose stints with Addiction Treatment and Recovery spans several organisations including Hopeful Way and Springs of Renewal Rehabilitation Centre. With several years of experience and a proven track record of helping People with Substance Use Disorder, He is on hand to ensure safe and gentle passage through the rehabilitation phase with stable and long-term recovery as the ultimate goal. He has expertise in the ever evolving face of Employee Assistance Programs. He is an Adjunct Faculty at the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives.
